On our e-commerce, you can place 2 types of orders:
Daily orders: they allow you to buy products that are available in stock and that you wish to receive immediately. With daily orders you can only buy in-stock products
Stock orders: they allow you to create a stock cart to which you can add products even if they are not immediately available. This mode is ideal when you need to restock your stock and do not have an urgent need to receive the items.
In order to complete the checkout, the minimum cart amount must be 10.000 €

Last Minute offers
Last Minute offers are published every month, the last week of the month. Visit the Last Minute section to take advantage of price deals on selected product codes.
Request a return
You can request a return by accessing the Returns and documents > Returns section and clicking on the New Return button at the top right.
You can search for the product to return:
by product code
by document date
by document number
We remind you that, in order to make a return in case of damaged products, you will need to attach photos of the item to the Return request. You can do this using the "Attach photo / file" function in the Return Request form.
